Four habits that keep crews safe

Plan every task
Every crew completes a pre-task plan before work starts, covering hazards, controls and who does what.

Stop work, any time
Anyone on a STRATA site can stop work that looks unsafe. Supervisors are measured on how they respond.
03
Report everything
Near misses are logged on a phone app and reviewed within 24 hours. We fix causes, not people.
04
Train continuously
Every field employee gets 40 hours of safety training a year, including OSHA 30 for all supervisors.
