Tilt-up vs steel frame for logistics buildings
When each system wins on cost, speed and future flexibility for large-footprint warehouses.

For distribution buildings over 30,000 m², the structural system sets both the schedule and the long-term flexibility of the asset.
Tilt-up panels cast on the slab are usually faster and cheaper to enclose. Steel frames give more freedom for future mezzanines and roof loads.
On Harbourline we combined both: tilt-up for the perimeter walls and a long-span steel roof for clear heights of 12.2 m.
