We used ground improvement and a tilt-up panel system cast on the slab, so enclosure ran in parallel with structure.
Civil works were phased around live port traffic, with night shifts for utility tie-ins.
The hub opened two weeks ahead of programme and has run at full capacity since its first peak season.
